Bays International develops and manufactures home textiles, kitchen textiles, apparel, handicrafts and gifts for buyers in international markets. Product development, production, quality assurance, packing and export shipment are handled by our own team.
That means one point of contact for your brief, your samples and your shipment. When something needs to change in a design, a finish or a delivery date, you are talking to the people who can change it on the factory floor.
Our factory is in Panipat, and our office in Gurgaon handles buyer communication, documentation and export coordination. We work with importers, wholesalers, retailers and private label brands, on bulk orders and on custom development.

Nikhil Garg
Nikhil comes from a family export business, so he understands export manufacturing from both sides: what a factory needs to produce well, and what a global buyer expects to receive. He holds an MBA and completed a Management Development Programme at IIM Lucknow.
Before founding Bays International, he spent over 15 years leading operations, projects and service delivery at global brands including Nokia, General Motors, Paytm, Policybazaar, Goibibo and Kingfisher Airlines.
As a PMI (USA) certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he brings structured planning, documentation control and firm timeline ownership to every order that leaves the factory.
