A sourcing agent finds and vets Indian exporters, manages samples and orders, checks quality and organises dispatch and export documents for you. It's like having your own office in India without having to build one.
A trading company buys goods and resells them with a margin you can't see. A sourcing agent works for you: we place orders with exporters on your behalf and charge for our service separately, so you see the exporter's real pricing.
Common models are a percentage of order value, a monthly retainer, or fixed fees per service. Whoever you choose, ask for a written scope and a line-by-line cost sheet before you sign.
